We collect the information you type into our forms. On the installation request form that is your name, phone number, email address, installation address, city, ZIP code, water source, selected package, preferred contact method, preferred scheduling information and any notes you add. On the help me choose form it is your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, water source, the water concerns and priorities you select, the household options you select, your preferred contact method and any details you add.

We also record basic context about how the form was reached: the page you submitted from, the referring website if your browser provides one, and campaign parameters in the URL if present. This tells us which pages and campaigns are useful.

We use your information to respond to your request: to contact you about the package you selected, to confirm installation details and scheduling, or to help you decide which filtration option fits your home.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. Access is limited to the people who need it in order to respond to your request. Notification emails about new requests are sent to the business.

This site is built to work with Google Analytics 4 so we can understand which pages are useful and how people move through the site. When analytics is active it may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and collect standard usage data such as pages viewed and general location derived from your IP address. We do not send the contents of your form submissions to analytics.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

Our forms use basic automated abuse protection, including a hidden field that real visitors do not see and a limit on how many submissions can come from the same connection in a short period. This protects the forms from automated spam.

We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

This site is intended for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
